Queen’s Park Victorian House

This elegant Victorian house in Queen’s Park was reimagined as a richly layered and deeply personal family home, balancing a respect for period architecture with a confident, contemporary sensibility.

The project centred on enhancing the inherent character of the property while introducing warmth, individuality and a sense of quiet sophistication. Original features were carefully restored and celebrated, forming a timeless backdrop to a scheme defined by colour, texture and collected pieces. Across the house, a thoughtful interplay of antique and modern elements creates interiors that feel both grounded and effortlessly lived-in.

Each room was approached with a distinct identity, yet with a cohesive thread running throughout. A nuanced palette of heritage tones brings depth and softness, while natural materials and tactile fabrics add richness and comfort. Carefully sourced vintage furniture and artwork lend a sense of history and narrative, ensuring that no space feels overly designed, but instead gently evolved.
